It's only a couple of days after Mafuyu returns from her field trip that Deadrabbit finally decides to speak up again. However it happens, it seems to pointedly choose a time to do so when it appears that she will be alone for a few minutes.
"A seal was broken. You broke it. She's very... Happy... that you freed her."
The tone is the same hushed one as before, though somehow even quieter than the previous message had been.
( the first time was bad. but this... is upsetting. it feels like gloating, somehow- like he's rubbing her failure into her face somehow. she doesn't even know what happened. mafuyu looks at the rabbit before gently reaching over to pet his head. )
... What did I do? I don't understand anything...
( ... she doesn't really expect an answer though. )
There's a stretch of silence that lasts just long enough for it to seem like she really won't be getting a reply. Nothing about the doll moves or reacts, and it merely sits there regarding her with its lifeless, x-ed out eyes.
"The Architect has built many walls upon the bones of we who came before. Prisons weaved of death, unmade by the breath of life. By the song of memory."
( holy shit he's answering. mafuyu stares for a moment, eyes wide before she settles back to Tired (tm) again. the architect... and prisons weaved of death. ritual sacrifices? and when she sang for the animatronics... did she do something more for them? had her song resonated with that?
as she thinks, frowning ever so slightly, she holds him close. )

I don't remember what happened while I was gone. I...
( is this fear? is this heavy, sickening chill she's felt from the moment she saw the hands in the water fear? she hates it.
she's scared. )
